Preheat oven to 425ºF.
In a large bowl, add 2 jars of unsweetened cherry pie filling.
Mix in sugar or sugar replacement (see table below for recommendation). Let rest for 5 minutes.
Pour into 9-inch pie crust, cover with choice topping.
Place on lowest rack, bake for 50-60 minutes, or until filling is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
